Serverz states that accounts use a generated access key and proof-of-work, with no email, phone number or ID required and no KYC. Registration was not completed: the registration URL returned HTTP 403 in this check. The privacy policy lists hashed IPs for rate limiting, crypto transaction IDs and server configurations among stored data, and retains anonymous transaction and usage records for seven years. Hourly charges continue while the server exists, including while stopped or suspended; destroy the server to stop billing. Crypto deposits are non-refundable and unused balance cannot be withdrawn. The provider states that services follow US law, server-location law and Vultr terms, prohibiting attacks, spam and unapproved mining. Outbound traffic above the monthly allowance costs USD 0.03/GB; inbound traffic is free. The terms exclude SMTP support, automatic backups and service guarantees. Tor relay, VPN and Bitcoin-node use cases are advertised but remain subject to those rules; Tor exit permission is unconfirmed.

The official payment pages list Bitcoin on-chain and Lightning, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Dash, Monero and USDT through self-hosted BTCPay Server. Serverz describes itself as US-based and advertises 32 Vultr datacenter locations without an exact public country list. The homepage HTTP response advertises an onion mirror, which was not tested; clearnet access through Tor was also not verified. The VPS page has different USD 0.009/hour and USD 6.50/month marketing figures from the USD 0.021/hour standard plan on Pricing, so no numerical monthly starting price is published here.
