Start with the essentials
Price, CPU, memory, storage, and data center location form the basis of a useful comparison. We distinguish specific plans from provider starting prices, so a low entry price does not imply matching specifications.
Make signup and access conditions visible
We record identity verification, website access through Tor and VPN, and hosting policies for Tor relays and exits separately. Being able to visit a website through Tor does not mean the provider permits hosting Tor services.
Use sources and acknowledge uncertainty
Provider statements are linked to their sources with a verification date where available. Missing or unverified information remains Unknown. Always check current terms with the provider before ordering.
Keep user reports separate
Reviews are moderated before publication. They reflect customer experiences and are not treated as verified provider policy. Ratings only include published reviews.
Compare prices consistently
